Return to safe post-pregnancy exercise

Recover is a six week post-natal rehabilitation programme designed and delivered by our highly skilled physiotherapists. This programme is best suited for women who are six weeks to twelve months post-natal but it’s never too late!

The workouts are specifically designed by the PlusOne team to be safe for your core and pelvic floor and are suitable for both vaginal and c-section deliveries. This is a great way to start your recovery and will assist you in returning to your desired activities.

Each Recover programme runs for six consecutive Saturdays, with the first class running for 60 minutes and each subsequent class running for 45 minutes. Wear comfortable clothing and closed in shoes.

You are welcome to bring your baby along with you.

The in-studio classes are run throughout the year and are currently ON HOLD due to Covid-19. We’ve developed a digital version of PlusOne Recover so mums can safely work out at home.
